What was one of each?

Combining diverse artistic forms into a kind of single-serve, disposable theatre, one of each comprised an ongoing, evolving multimedia installation masquerading as a live performance venue.

For the duration of the 2002 Fringe Festival in Wellington New Zealand, the windows of the popular Cuba Mall shop, Iko Iko hosted a multimedia installation which in turn hosted largely unpublicised musical, theatrical and various indescribable performance ambushings.

By far the stand-out performances were those by the Queen's Queen, Polly Filla which drew large crowds to the front of the store for a modern take on the classic boy-becomes-girl tale, in the form of a solo cabaret.
